I love this plant. I have grown it for two years in Utah's dry, hot summers, and it has been the focal point of my front garden. Last year, I had it in containers on either side of my front stairs. The vine grew to the top of my 4' trellis, so I added an extension to the trellis, and the vine continued to grow and produce amazing blossoms. By the end of the summer, it was creating an arch across my front porch. It received 7+ hours of sun every day, with multiple days of over 100 degrees. I kept it on a drip and used Proven Winners water-soluble fertilizer weekly. Neighbors would often stop and knock on my door to tell me how beautiful it was and ask where they could get it.

Container planted, 6+ hours full sun, watered it daily. The vine took off beautifully, climbing a trellis in the container. So much fun to watch these dainty, cheerful flowers bloom all summer. I would plant this sunny vine again and again.

I use to have vine in Az. I planted it under our cotton woods trees along a chain link fence for extra shade from our hot summer months. It came back every year.

I purchased hanging baskets of these and have thoroughly enjoyed them all summer. Just beautiful flowers all over and the vines climbed up their hangers so much I lowered them on chains so they would keep vining. The results have been outstanding. My whole family has lived these baskets. I will definitely get them again for next year. Just beautiful!

One plant completely covered 5 feet of fence! It's never out of bloom and comes back year after year here.
